Balloo Hire Centres Picks Up Top Industry Award
Balloo Hire Centres has been named ‘Plant Hire Company of the Year’ in the prestigious all-island Plant, Construction and Quarry Awards 2008. The Award, sponsored by New Holland Construction, was for the company that offers an extensive portfolio of high quality products, flexible hire options and respected customer services policies.
Beating off stiff competition, the judging panel told the packed audience in the Ramada Hotel, Belfast that Balloo Hire Centres ‘had the edge’. With over two decades of experience, locally owned Balloo Hire Centres is at the forefront of the hire industry and has over 6,000 units of plant for hire in centres in Belfast, Bangor, Lisburn and Ballyclare.

Balloo Hire Centres has invested over £12 million in the last four years and now employs 55 people. The company places great emphasis on staff training, health and safety and environmental procedures.
