Conditions of Hire for first time customers

Identification

Two forms of identification must be produced the first time you hire any equipment. This should include a valid driving licence or passport and a utility bill bearing the same address.

Call in

When first time customers require a delivery, they should call into their nearest depot and make themselves known to the staff. Identification must be produced.

Payment

All charges must be paid for in advance. All consumables provided are on a sale or return basis. You will be refunded for any unused items upon return. Payment methods are debit/credit card only. Cheques are no longer accepted. The relevant debit/credit card will automatically be charged if hire continues after the intended return date, or
if the continuing hire charge exceeds the value of a deposit received.

Credit terms

Opening an account is simple. Account forms are available from your nearest depot or can be downloaded from our website at www.balloohire.com. All you have to do is supply the names and addresses of two trade references, your bank details and company letter headed paper and your account will be opened within 24 hours, subject to credit status being approved.

As we are continually refreshing and expanding our hire fleet, we have a continuous supply of ex-hire equipment for sale. Please ask in-store for details on any products or speak to your sales representative.
