We are immensely proud to be supporting Community Rescue Service
Our very own Caolán Stuart (far right) has been a volunteer with the CRS for over 4 years! In his time with the CRS, he has been involved in hundreds of searches for vulnerable high-risk individuals, these are people who need to be found.
Volunteers with the CRS are always on call and always there to help someone in distress. This was most prevalent whilst Caolán was traveling home from a callout and noticed a member of the public threatening to take their own life. This required an immediate intervention to save their life. After a long period of negotiation with the person, they were taken to a place of safety.
We are supporting Caolán , Barry Torrens (District Commander, 2nd , orange hi-vis) and the other members of the CRS in their climb of Ben Nevis, and in N.Ireland with items of equipment they may need for events or their jeeps to help with their vital service.
