Reporting to the credit control supervisor you will be expected to perform the following tasks
Manage internal and external post and emails
Screen incoming calls
General administration and office duties
Allocate customer payments
Make up bank lodgements
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of what excellent customer service is
- Willingness to learn
- Good level of IT literacy
- Ability to work well on own initiative
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Knowledge to Microsoft Office products
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
The successful candidate will have the ability to work well using their own initiative & be able to interact with the rest of the team. They will also demonstrate attention to detail & good time management.
Minimum wage per hour.
