Account Customers
Opening a credit account is simple, complete and return an application form (available “HERE” or at any of our depots) subject to status, the account could be live in a matter of hours. Pay your account by cheque or debit/credit card or a company purchase card within agreed terms.

Non Account Customers
At Balloo Hire we only accept credit or debit cards for payment. If this is your first time hiring from Balloo Hire we require the following items in order to process your transaction:

• Photographic I.D. such as your driving licence or passport
• 2 x utility bills which include your current name and address e.g. a bank statement and phone bill
• Credit or debit card for payment
   

Please note: If you wish to hire the items under your company name please bring the company’s letterhead to confirm name and address. A deposit is required with every hire, the amount will vary according to what items have been hired. Providing equipment is returned undamaged the deposit will be refunded back onto your credit/debit card with 3 working days.
